When filming your wedding, I take into consideration your future selves. I want to document the moments that you may have missed out on during the day, the small moments with your loved ones, the big moments that you celebrate, everything.

I take a very documentary approach to your wedding day. I don’t stage moments, I don’t tell you to laugh for the video, I want you to be you. I want you to watch these films back and see a reflection of your authentic selves.
This is what drives your story.

Your story is not like any other. Why should your film be? There’s no cookie-cutter way to go about editing You deserve better than that. I take my time to tailor each edit in a way that highlights your story without overshadowing the small moments. I want each detail to live through and engage your emotions. I want you to feel those smiles, laughs, and joyful tears you had. This goes beyond editing and effects, this is building a story.

Thank you for considering me. I know that this is a big decision, not only to document your day but to be trusted throughout the entire process. I don’t take it lightly. You deserve someone that you’re comfortable around, excited to hang with, and fully trust to deliver.

This is an investment into a kind of trust that will translate into the documentation of one of the greatest moments of your lives. I want this investment to stand the test of time to be shared with future generations.

This collection is for couples that want to remember their day for all it has to offer. Ten hours of coverage is the average amount of time I would recommend that couples book me for because it allows me to document everything that a wedding timeline would have listed.

This collection includes two videographers so we don't have to miss a moment! I get the opportunity to hone in on your story and the authentic moments of your day while leaving some of the secondary shots to another trusted professional. An additional videographer allows for a more complete execution of documenting your wedding day on many levels. Ultimately, ensuring that every important moment is captured from different angles.

You will also receive an entire gallery of raw footage with multiple camera angles arranged in a documentary styled edit. It will be lightly edited and color graded but a beautiful way to relive the entire day, even the moments you missed in the rush of the day.

From getting ready to the ceremony to dancing, I’ll be there to document it all. This collection is great for couples that want to be able to have time getting ready, enjoy their first look, and not feel rushed during the early portion of the wedding day. This is the best way to capture the full wedding experience.

Although this collection offers one less videographer, it is still a collection that documents the essential parts of the day to build a timeless story. From the end of getting ready to the early parts of dancing. This collection allows you to remember many of the moments throughout the day. I would highly suggest looking at your timeline and finding where this collection might fit to ensure that you have the best option available to capture all those unforgettable moments.

I aim for the highlight film to be about 7 - 9 minutes long because we have found that to be the sweet spot for every story to be told in a way that isn’t drawn out but still engages people to dive into your story. The additional films of the ceremony, speeches, etc are included in your delivery so you can relive every second. The highlight film is a way to relive the full wedding experience in a fun, engaging, and memorable way.

The highlight film will have my style of color grading and editing style that can require upwards of 30+ hours of editing. Each minute, each second, each frame is meticulously edited to represent and reflect who you two are. I care about every detail because I trust that you two care about those details as well.

An additional day of coverage is perfect for telling the story of not just your wedding day, but the full wedding weekend experience. This gives you the chance to relive all of the weekend memories. We’ll work together to see if the day prior or the day after would be best for coverage. This would be a great opportunity to capture the pre-wedding or post-wedding parties or get-togethers! Let’s party all weekend long!

weekend coverage - $1300

build on your collection

A 30 - 60 seconds trailer of your highlight film delivered within 4 weeks of the wedding date. My typical turn around for films are 3 - 4 months so this gives you the opportunity to get a sneak peek of your big day! I cater this edit to build excitement and anticipation for your final film. This can be easily shared on Instagram as well as other social media platforms. It’s a great way of getting your friends and family hyped up for your full highlight film.

Trailer Film - $300

This is a great way to relive the special moments that may have not made it to the highlight film. Think a documentary-styled edit. Being able to see all the fun and crazy moments, as well as the emotional moments, will be something that you can cherish for years to come. Every shot from the wedding day will be consolidated into a single timeline for your viewing. This will also include the ceremony and speeches. It will be color graded and lightly edited.

If you want additional camera angles and a more complete execution of covering a wedding and delivering a wedding film, this is a great investment. It gives me the opportunity to hone in on the authentic moments but also not sacrificing any essential shots needed to tell your story! I work with experienced second shooters to deliver the best film and experience I can.

Additional Videographer - $500

All weddings are different and if yours requires additional coverage to capture it for it’s entirety, I am all for it! Additional coverage can only be added to the Essential and Everlasting collections.

Two Additional Hours of Coverage - $600

Travel from Seattle. This includes airfare, accommodations, and transportation. Destination weddings sound like a lot of fun and I love to explore new places. I typically keep these costs as low as possible, mainly just covering the essential travel fees needed because I am eagerly working on my destination portfolio.

Travel - $300 - $800

An engagement/story session offers us an opportunity to hang out and shoot prior to your wedding day. We can go to a beautiful viewpoint, a nearby park, or whatever you two do for a nice day out! I take this opportunity to ask you a few questions about your story., get some fun information we might not have time to get on a wedding day. I would create a separate 2 - 3 short film for you to have before the wedding date, couples in the past have used this as a wedding invite film which I think is a great idea. We also loop in some of the footage into your final highlight film.

story session - $650

Engagement Photos - $250

Truth is, if you’re looking for a videographer whose job will start and end on the wedding day, then we will probably not be a good fit. I am looking to be more than just a videographer on the day of. I want to be part of the entire process. I want to help in anyway that I can and make sure you two have everything you would possibly need to make your day that much smoother. This is more than just using my camera and editing software. I want to make sure this entire experience is memorable for you two in the most positive way possible.

THE HONEST TRUTH

Music is one of the most important things when it comes to forming your films to build on your story. I want to make sure you have songs that you enjoy and find relatable to your story. Feel free to share with me a few of your favorites songs, artists, etc. Although I do have to license my music, we can find something of the same vibe. For all my music, I license it through Musicbed.com. The process of finding a song can take days because it is important that we have a strong foundation to build on.

+ HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR MUSIC?

I know every couple is excited to relive those big and small moments from their special day. Living in a world where we can have everything at the tips of our fingers, thanks to companies like Amazon, we want things fast. I totally get it. With that said, your wedding films are something that I don’t want to rush because I want to put in all my effort into every single detail to ensure that your films are timeless, authentic, and a reflection of your story. I don’t have a cookie-cutter way of editing because no two couples are the same. For that reason, films are expected to be delivered within 6 months, which is also the industry standard for top-tier wedding videographers.

+ When will we recieve our film?

I believe that everyone is on the same team and that we are there to serve you. There’s no need for either the photographer or videographer to feel superior to the other person. We’re here to create, document, and serve you two on your most important day. I always make an effort to reach out to the photographer before the big day. Communication is key when working together on a wedding and I want to make sure that they feel comfortable around me to let me know if they need specific shots and vice-versa.

+ HOW DO YOU WORK WITH PHOTOGRAPHERS?

Typically, I have a 40% retainer followed by two payments that split the remaining balance evenly. If you are in WA or the films are being delivered to you in WA, there will be a sales tax applied to each of your invoices. If you live out of state, no sales tax will be applied. Payment plans that have different percentage splits of payments are also available. We can discuss this once the contract is signed.

+ HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORK?

Video is a great way to not only re-watch and relive your wedding day but to share it with both those who couldn't make it and your future children. Remind your fiance that once you make the decision not to film it, you’ll never be able to go back and change your mind. I always say that besides your wedding dress and maybe some small momentos, video is the only possible way to relive one of the most important days of your life. You won’t regret it.

+ What if my fiance doesn't want videography?

Besides the highlight film, you also receive a gallery of secondary films that pertain to specific parts of the day. This means you would receive a film for your ceremony, vows, first look, dances, speeches, and if you are personalizing your big day we can also include other films as well.

+ WHAT Is included in your collections?

+ What is the typical length of a film? Can you make it longer?

Of course! I love being able to include past footage that you’ve recorded! Even if it’s on an iPhone or old camera, send it all. This is a great way of making your story that much more unique to who you two truly are. This doesn’t have an extra cost either! You can upload it an online cloud/drive platform or you can send me a USB drive of all the footage.
