As your videographer, I want to leave you with a timeless collection of films that you will be able to cherish for the rest of your life. Every step I take from prepping, to shooting, to editing will be meticilously crafted.
This won't be one of those awkward vendor-to-client relationships where we don’t connect. I’m here to capture the real moments and that also means having a real relationship. We will meet multiple times ahead of the big day to make sure we have everything we need to deliver you a gallery of work that will last. Imagine a film that your kids will show their kids and so forth!
I don't want to be just a vendor at your wedding, I want you to be yourself around me. You deserve someone who you trust to deliver and can be comfortable with. Even before the wedding day, I want to help out in any way that I can, my goal is to make this whole process as easy as possible. As your videographer, I am here to serve you and will always be on your team.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
01. INQUIRE
To get started, you can fill out my inquiry form on the contact tab. This helps me get an idea of who you are and what your wedding plans might entail.
02. we meet
After your inquiry, I will respond and also send you a link to schedule a brief 15 minute discovery call. I love meeting new people and hearing about their stories. This also gives you the opportunity to ensure all your priorities are addressed. The main goal of this meeting is to see we are a good fit for your special day! You will also access all pricing for my collections and a la carte items.
04. PLANNING
Leading up to the day, we’ll stay in communication about new wedding details and of course, I’ll answer any questions two might have. I want to make sure I’m helpful in every possible way! A month or two before your wedding day I’ll also send over a questionnaire for you two to fill out. It will go over all of the important information for me to be best prepared for your big day! We’ll also hop on a call to go over those details as well.
03. you say "i Do"... TO ME!
To book, you’ll choose which collection and a la carte items fit your wedding day best. From there, I’ll send a contract over. Once signed, I’ll send an invoice over via my business management program for the deposit.
Typically, I collect a $500 deposit and split the rest of your collection into three even payments. If you are in WA or the films are being delivered to you in WA, there will be a sales tax applied to your invoice. If have an out of state billing address, no sales tax will be applied. Payment plans that have different percentage splits are also available if needed. We can discuss this once the contract is signed.

Video is a great way to not only re-watch and relive your wedding day but to share it with both those who couldn't make it and your future children. Remind your fiance that once you make the decision not to film it, you’ll never be able to go back and change your mind. I always say that besides your wedding dress and maybe some small momentos, video is the only possible way to relive one of the most important days of your life. You won’t regret it.
Besides the highlight film, you also receive a gallery of secondary films that pertain to specific parts of the day. This means you would receive a film for your ceremony, vows, first look, dances, speeches, and if you are personalizing your big day we can also include other films as well.
The highlight film is 6-8 minutes long because we have found that to be the sweet spot for every story to be told in a way that isn’t drawn out but engages people to dive into your unique story. The additional films of the ceremony and speeches are included in your delivery so you can relive every second. The highlight film is a way to relive the full wedding experience in a fun, engaging, and memorable way. I also offer a longer edit of the film as an a la carte item. This is a documentary styled edit which will include every shot from the wedding day. It will be consolidated into a single timeline for your viewing. This will also include the ceremony and speeches. It will be color graded and lightly edited.
Of course! I love being able to include past footage that you’ve recorded! Even if it’s on an iPhone or old camera, send it all. This is a great way of making your story that much more unique to who you two truly are. This doesn’t have an extra cost either! You can upload it an online cloud/drive platform or you can send me a USB drive of all the footage.
